The double room will become available on May 30th. However, a single room will be available starting from May 1st until May 30th, allowing you to occupy it until the double room becomes vacant
For the first month, the double room is priced at £300. Subsequently, from May 30th onwards, the cost for the double room will be £350
All bills are included are included. Gas, Electricity, water, Council tax and broadband
Viewing is available everyday after 8PM or any time on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday
I will ask for £200 deposit to hold the room for anyone who wishes, Proof of employment/self-employment and a photo ID card are required. Strictly no smoking on the premises!
