Room To Rent Bradford BD3

Room is available from 23rd June 2022.
Rent charges may differ if the price of bills increases. £450 per month as it currently stands is the rental price.

Family of 5 (3 younger ladies, and 1 female adult and 1 male adult), looking for a single occupant to rent the spare room in our family home. Preferably female tenants should apply.

We are a welcoming Indian family with traditional values. We would prefer that you would also have traditional values.

The house has a shared kitchen, 1 family bathroom and you will have 1 bathroom to yourself. There is also 1 shared living area and 1 family living space.

We can arrange to share food if this is required at a slightly higher cost, otherwise you are welcome cook your own meals.
The room has a double bed (2 singles joined together), a desk and table for studying and a wardrobe. We can provide bedsheets and duvets if required at an extra cost as these will need to be dry cleaned after your stay. A deposit is required in case of any damages.
Our property has a front and back garden for use by everyone.
The minimum term of occupancy is 1 month which is extendable.
We have a wide range of local amenities within walking distance of our home. The main road is on our doorstep and there is a bus stop right outside.

There are easy travel links into Bradford City Centre which is 20 minutes away and Leeds City Centre which is 35 minutes away by bus.
