Weekly Cleaners

Grattan House employs cleaners who clean all communal areas of the building every other week and empty all communal bins twice a week.

Laundry Facilities

There is a commercial washing machine and tumble dryer, available for resident use located at the neighboring building. Both machines are cashless, and payment for their use is made through a mobile phone app, on which it is possible to book them in advance.

Bike Storage

Secure bike storage is available to rent at the neighboring building, which is covered by 24/7 monitored CCTV, and additional electronic fob locks.

Additional Storage

There are additional secure storage units to rent. These units are covered by CCTV and additional fob locks.

Rent Includes

Included in the rent is communal cleaning, communal repairs and hot water.

The rent does not include Wi-Fi, electricity, council tax, or a TV License. Wi-Fi can be procured at good rates from recommended supplier 4th Utility. Tenants are also required to pay for the electricity usage in their own rooms and a contribution to the common parts, via Smart Top Up Meter, which can be topped up via the internet.

Bradford Interchange is the main transport hub for the city, for rail and bus connections to Leeds, and other destinations. It is a fifteen-minute walk away, and Bradford's second railway station, Bradford Forster Square, with links to Saltaire, Shipley and Skipton, is a similar distance away.
