Double bedroom

Hello, my name's Katie and I live in a large, four bedroom property in Eccleshill, Bradford, with my daughter Molly (age 14) who stays with her dad 3 days a week. We have a dog, Betsy. She's very quiet and well-behaved.

We have a really happy, relaxed home, and we're looking for the right flatmate who is easy-going, tidy and friendly.

We have a normal Mon-Fri 9-5 type routine so ideally our flatmate would have the same.

The house has two reception rooms, a cellar, a small south-facing garden that gets the sun all day (green fingered people very welcome to tend it), and four double bedrooms. There is enough space for it not to feel overcrowded, and being a century-old victorian property, the walls are sturdy and seem to contain sound very well. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower cubicle. There is street parking out the front or space on the back road.

The bedroom that is available is at the back of the house overlooking the garden so gets lots of natural light and is quiet.

I live very close to Morissons at Five Lane Ends. There is also two gyms, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs close by. There is a bus stop right outside my house and a train station about a mile away (Apperley Bridge). It's easy to get to Bradford or Leeds from where I live, and the Broadway shopping centre is only a short drive away.
