Double Room in Bramhope new build

Hi,

I’m Josh and I’m looking for a new housemate to come move into my newbuild house in Bramhope, Leeds.

The House 🏠

The house is a 3 bed semi-detached on a new build estate called spring wood park.

The house is furnished to a high standard and there is also a large outside decking area which is a suntrap and perfect for summer BBQs, relaxing and sunbathing.

The Room 🛌

The room is the second biggest in the house and comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, bedding and Barker & Stonehouse wardrobe, table and lamp - it’s all ready to move straight into.

You will have exclusive use of the family bathroom which has a shower-over-bath, WC and cabinet.

The Area 🗺️

Bramhope is a village on the outskirts of Leeds. It’s on the main bus route into Leeds or Otley. Headingley is 10 minutes bus journey away; Leeds city centre is 20.

Frankly, it’s probably as nicer area as you can get. There’s a pub, post office, butchers, shop - everything you need within walking distance.

Also, because we’re on the doorstep of the Dales, there’s loads of hikes / outdoors stuff to do- if that’s your gig.

I have some amazing neighbours, who have all become close friends - it’s a very sociable street especially in the summer.

I’m a 32 year old lad. Professional. I’m really sociable and spend a lot of time travelling with mates, playing sports and I’m a regular gym goer.

I work in the emergency services and I’m laid back, always up for a laugh.

Who I’m looking for 🤵🏻

I’m looking for the right person to live with so I’ll be holding out for the one😂.

For me, it’s more about the vibe, but there are a couple of requirements;

-Lads preferred
-Clean DBS check which will be done as part of move in
