Lovely Room in Bramley Mon-Fri let

I have one room to rent in my 3 bed house in Bramley. The house has a HUGE open plan living room/dining room/kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a decent sized garden with furniture and off street parking.
The room to rent is large with a huge window from which you can see across Leeds, it really is a great view. It is furnished with a double bed (new mattress, bought this weekend), open wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
So the house is inhabited by myself and my small dog Tilly, she is Jack Russell crossed with an Italian greyhound and 7 years old, you can be as involved(or not) as you like with Tilly but she does live here! I am a working professional who is happy to hang out and is quite sociable.
We are looking for a lovely housemate to join us, we would prefer a professional or mature student but we don't mind if you are male or female as long as you are nice and considerate.
