Hi all. I’m a friendly, polite and respectful person. Looking for a lodger to help share living expenses.
The room is a double room I’ve just put in a brand new double bed. The room has Blackout curtains and a blind. 1x double wardrobe and lots of shelves plus storage space above the wardrobes.
Room for a desk. 3x double plug sockets. I have a spare desk if needed.
£360 per month. 3 months minimum. £100 deposit. 40 mins bus ride from Leeds city. Bus numbers 16/72/49. 10 mins walk from Bramley train station.
Non smoker no pets. I’m Clean and tidy (but not excessive). Virgin fibre internet.

You’ll have your own cupboards in the shared kitchen and your own shelves in the fridge. Washer and tumble dryer.
Hot digital shower. Bath with a separate shower head. Great for when you just want to wash your hair.
Gas safety certificate.
Smoke alarms. And carbon monoxide alarms.

Stunning conservatory and lovely patio and back garden.
I’m quite sociable and will be happy to chat but will also respect privacy if you want to chill in your room. I’ve shared with multiple people from all around the world and in different circumstances and can get along with everyone. Covid has been a nightmare so stay safe people.
