The house is furnished, and the room for rent is available part-furnished. Currently in the room is a wardrobe, desk, and king size bed without mattress.
The house is approximately 15 minutes walk from Bramley train station, trains run to the city centre regularly.
Street parking is available but there is no driveway.
I have lived in the house for three years and the current landlords are excellent, the boiler has just been replaced. Bills are included in the price based on what I have been paying split between two people sharing equally.
There is a large bathroom also on the first floor which would be shared which has a separate bath and shower.
I work from home Monday - Friday
