Extra large fully-furnished Double Attic Room available, in a house-share with one other friendly professional. A must see as the room is larger than it looks on the photos! The room could have additional seating if required. Plenty of storage space in the way of shelves, under bed storage, a chest of drawers and storage cabinet. The room has a side window and skylight for great light and night sky views.

There are also large communal areas to socialise and chillout in.

Despite not having a garden the quiet park on the doorstep more than makes up for it.

Quiet location, Bramley park is 1 minute walk from the house. An 8 minute train journey into central Leeds, with great transport links to surrounding areas. Three supermarkets are within walking distance, and a local shopping centre with choice of coffee shops and amenities. Local pubs and a onestop shop also within walking distance.

Tidy, clean and friendly vegan/veggie person required to share with the other lodger and the house to be well looked after. The current lodger is friendly, vegan and an animal lover.
