Double Bedroom 15 mins from City Centre

Hi! I have a double room available, the property is located a 4 min walk from Bramley Train Station. Door to door to Leeds City Centre its about 16 mins in total.

The property is refurbished and modern, spacious and comes with all bills included. I have ticked 'non smoker' in preferences but actually as long as someone smokes outside only, it is not a problem.

The room is spacious and you can decorate it how you like, I am looking for someone to stay long term! It has a double bed and a desk currently as well as a wardrobe.

Downstairs is also extremely spacious which is the great thing about the house and the garden is amazing for bbqs as its huge! The house has lots of storage and 1 lovely flatmate currently who is both social but also respects if you are more to yourself (I used to live in the house so am speaking from experience).
