Room to rent in Bramley with own bathroom

I have a 3 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Bramley with my dog Dory and looking for a clean, easy-going sharer who is sociable but also appreciates their own space.

The room on offer is an unfurnished double with nice views - relatively small but you will have use of your own big bathroom, with bath, and the living room/kitchen. There is also a spare room which I will be using as my home office during the week - but may be used occasionally for visitors staying over on the weekends.

I have an excitable dog named Dory who pretty much rules the roost, so any potential sharer must be comfortable with dogs and her spending time in the shared areas - she will not have access to your room or bathroom.

The flat is in a great location - 5 mins walk from Bramley train station and Morrisons and about 10 minutes to Bramley Park and Pure Gym. On-street parking is available.

Shared areas are furnished. All bills inc - Virgin Media broadband and TV.
