Hello, I’ve got a 4 bedroom house in Bramley. I use the top two rooms on the 2nd floor.
There are two rooms to rent on the middle floor, there is the option to either take both rooms or just one of them. The new tenancy begins at the end of March.
Cost will depend on if you want both rooms to yourself, or we can look for a third person.
Rent between 2 of us will be 400£ each + bills and you will have the middle floor to yourself.
Rent between 3 of us will make the rent £270 + bills.
Spacious, friendly house, current couple are moving out so looking to replace them soon
The bedrooms are unfinished at the moment but the rest of the house is furnished by me.
Must be a cat lover and clean and tidy.
