Really lovely house, the bottom floor and top floor are available.

Bottom floor: Really large room and has en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Lots of light for a basement level room and doesn’t feel like a lower level at all. I currently have a double bed, wardrobe, cabinet and storage unit with loads of room to spare. New tenant welcome to keep my wardrobe and potentially the bed as I won’t need it.

Top floor: Another really big room, loads of light and really spacious. Currently just used for storage.

Middle floor has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bath and sink which is separate to the room my brother is in.

Floor when you enter is the kitchen/living room. Lots of space and really cosy.

Little slab garden out front where we have some plants and loads of buses within a 5/10 min walk.

Rent is £1000 pcm which is currently split £500 between two people. If there are 3 tenants it will be even cheaper! Gas, electric, Wi-Fi and council tax all very reasonable and can give more information on current monthly costs upon request.
