Double bedroom Within Quiet House - Bill Included

Hi there, I am currently looking for someone to share my home. I am currently in the process of redecorating the double bedroom that is advertised. I will update the photos when finished. The decoration will be natural and I am happy for you to add your touch.

The bedroom will be furnished with a wardrobe, draws and a new double bed, there is room for a desk setup. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen with in built dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage which also has a small gym setup.

There is plenty of on street parking out front. Bramley train station is a 3 minute walk away with regular trains either into Leeds (5 minute journey) or Bradford. There are also plenty of bus routes into Leeds city centre.

There are multiple supermarkets within a short distance as well as a 24 hours pure gym a 10 minute walk away.

The back garden is a nice size and gets a lot of sun all through the day making it a relaxing place to spend your summer days / evenings.

A bit about me. I am an easy going person who enjoys going out with friends just as much as having a quiet night in. I am quite active and play football on the weekends as well as trying to play golf (sometimes not very well!). I often work from home and the third bedroom is set up as my office, I am happy for you to use the setup if I am not working from home.
