Everyone to have their own cupboard space.
gas and elec bill to be split between those in the house

If you want to be listed on the council tax you need to pay your share.
On street parking - first come first serviced but it is a quiet street.
Gas combi boiler central heating system.
Cleaning - you are responsible for keeping the house clean, if this doesnt happen then we all chip in for a cleaner.
I am looking for a clean and tidy person who is not loud and is considerate for those they share the house with.
Absolutely NO smoking or drugs in this house.
Aldi is 5 mins walk away, the bustops are about 3 to 4 mins walk and the train station 10-15 mins walk. Tesco is about 7 mins walk away.
Its a quiet neighbourhood and we also a little cornershop if you prefer that too.
THis ishared house is for a working person or phd students only and if you do need a shorter let than 3 months then let me know but the rent will be double.
