The house is a 4 minute walk to Bramley train station (1 stop to Leeds - 8 mins, 2 stops to Bradford 12 mins). There’s a Morrisons just past the train station, a Tesco’s about the same distance in the opposite direction and Aldi about the same. 4 mins walk to the park.

It’s a very relaxed house - there's no rules, there's no cleaning rotas, friends/partners are welcome to stay whenever.

Rent includes all bills, it's your choice whether you have a contract or not, all I ask is you pay the rent 1 month in advance and give a full months notice when leaving.
