Looking for someone to share my home with me and one other housemate. This is an all female household so we are not looking for a male housemate. Jess bought her own house and had been here for almost two years, though I am happy for long or short term and can be flexible

It is a sunny south facing stone built 3 bedroom house, a five minute walk to the train station (7 minutes to Leeds centre). Morrisons is a 5 minute walk away and the Owlcotes centre is a short drive.

The house has a south facing garden, is enclosed and has a pleasant aspect. Wireless broadband and bills included in the rent.

I am looking for someone who is enjoys a glass of wine/beer on an evening and some chat/TV/nights out but is happy to have the house to themselves some times, as I am often away travelling, or lesson planning during term time during the weekends or evenings.

The rooms are a large second floor bedroom with desk and plenty of storage space and a first floor double bedroom again with desk and plenty of storage.
