It is a sunny south facing stone built 3 bedroom house, a five minute walk to the train station (7 minutes to Leeds centre). Morrisons is a 5 minute walk away and the Owlcotes centre is a short drive.
The house has a south facing garden, is enclosed and has a pleasant aspect. There is also a shed to store bikes if needed. Wireless broadband and bills included in the rent.
I am looking for someone who enjoys a glass of wine/beer on an evening and some chat/TV/nights out but is happy to have the house to themselves some times as I am often away travelling or lesson planning.
