Spacious, warm, welcoming brick-style house!

Well equipped kitchen. We often eat together, for convenice and company.

We're looking to fill the top room of our three floor end-terrace on Kirkstall road near the Aldi. There's a massive living room which is great for entertaining. Had some wicked parties, and sometimes play games in there.

We use the cellar for storage, bike repairs, music and training (got a heavy bag set up) and you'd be welcome to make use as well.

The kitchen is large with plenty of storage, a gas hob and a washer/drier. There's also a dining table and I make fresh bread for us most days.

I'm Rrouse by the way. A tall fella. I work in construction. There's also George who's a chef and Morgan who's an artist, plus partners who often stay over. It's a fairly social house.

The top rooms get loads of loads of light, and each has a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Any more furniture you need we'll be able to get no worries.

Regarding DSS, deposits and fees; we're renting through LetsLiveLeeds who are alright as far as estate agents go. I'd get in touch with them first to discuss.

We're members of ACORN; a community union working towards making the private rented sector fairer.

The rent is pretty low, which as far as I can see is because of how close it is to the main road (you get used to it) and because it was a bona fide magnolia hellhole before we made it more 'homely' with pictures, plants and some decent furniture.
