Large room available in quiet shared house in Burley. Open plan kitchen diner, the house is in a small cul-de-sac and has a front yard. I live in the house as the landlord (or lady actually) and I rent 2 rooms out to lodgers. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk to Burley Park train station which is one stop from Leeds main train station. Walking distance to Hyde Park Cinema, Brudenell Social Club and Headingley without the nuisance of noisy neighbours.

One of my lodgers is moving back home and the large room becoming available is on the first floor it’s approx 4.10m by 3.6m and is 2.6m high. It would be perfect for a professional wanting a relaxed living environment whilst still being close to the city centre. We’re friendly, but don’t live in each others pockets. It would suit someone equally independent.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax.
