Spacious room BILLS INC plus extra storage

Welcome to all new potential housemates!

It is with deep sadness that I am having to give up my beautiful room on Stanmore Avenue. It is extremely spacious and has been a great study-space/place to relax in and unwind, with a nice view out from the skylight that keeps the room feeling airy and fresh.

Our lovely home, in Burley, is currently occupied by two professional, male housemates. One works as a paid joiner's apprentice and the other is a builder working in property redevelopment. Both are extremely friendly and sociable but are also able to respect your privacy and space when needed.

The house is fully furnished and comes with a TV, sofas and dining table, as well as 2 fridges (because both boys like their food) which means there's loads of fridge/freezer space availabe. There is also a storage room that both housemates use to store tools etc that you would be welcome to make use of.

The kitchen is 'cosy' but very modern and well equipped. There are 2 bathrooms, and a terraced area that gets several hours of sunlight through the daytime in summer.

The street is a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic, which makes it really peaceful, which is ideal for students and professionals who need to a calm environment to work at home in. It is a 5 minute walk to Burley station, and a 10-15 minute walk to either Kirstall road or Headingley so its walkable to the pub

The rent is bills included, with council tax, TV license, Virgin Media Ultra fast fibre optic broadband, electricity and water all in.
