- 2 large ensuite bedrooms (one of which is that advertised)
- 2 small 1st floor bedrooms which share a shower room (let/not available at this time)
- free on street parking
- cleaner once a month.

The bedroom available occupies the entire basement level of the house & has it's own ensuite bathroom. As well as plenty of room for your own furniture too, the following is provided:
- double bed & mattress (with storage underneath)
- bedside table
- large chest of drawers
- wardrobe
- desk & chair.

The monthly rent includes all bills, as follows:
- gas

- council tax
- TV licence
- Virgin broadband/WIFI

To rent this room with ourselves we only ask for a minimum contract of 9 months, a small deposit of £150 and a rental guarantor (no exceptions I’m afraid).
