I am subletting my room in Burley for June and July. The room is a medium sized, fairly spacious first floor room with plenty of storage. The house is very chilled out and quiet, it's up to you if you want to be social or not. It's in a great location, with tesco express round the corner, and less than 10 mins walk from Aldi, 15 minutes walk to town, plus just off a busy bus route to town which is convenient, and a 12 minute walk to the University of Leeds. The house has a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, and a cosy living room. 2 bathrooms, one bigger with a shower and toilet, the other smaller with a bath and toilet.
You will be living with two lovely guys, both in their mid/late twenties studying PhDs at the University of Leeds
The rent is 324 per month, with bills it usually comes to around 380 a month, depending on how much usage - it is likely to be cheaper over the summer months.
