*Sublet - May 17th - September 3rd - Burley LS6*

Hiya. I'm looking to sublet my room in Burley between May 17th - September 3rd(move in dates flexible)

*About the room
It's a single sized bedroom, comes furnished and there's plenty of room to store your stuff (all of my stuff in the photos will be gone, plus extra storage in the basement if you need it!). £350 a month or £87 a week including council tax, TV licence, internet and water, and gas and electricity will be separate.

*About the house and the area
It's on Carberry place, and the area itself is pretty quiet. 10mins walk to restaurants/cafes on Burley Road and Cardigan fields leisure complex (cinemas, Aldi, etc).
A few minutes walk to Burley road and Kirkstall road with buses into town, about 10 mins walk to Burley park train station.
The bathroom, living room, kitchen, and the basement (currently used as storage space) are shared.

You'll be sharing the flat with 2 others, Joe and Rich. Lovely and fun folks who are into gymming, cycling and music.
We like to keep the flat nice and tidy. We all have different schedules so trying to be respectful of each other/shared space/quiet times(late nights and early mornings).
