Double En Suite in Burley

En Suite double in Burley, all bills included - council tax, gas, electric, tv license, water, wifi, with tv streaming thrown in too :)

Good location off Kirkstall Road, easy access into the city centre, plenty of on street parking available. Walking distance to Kirkstall retail park, shopping, gyms etc.

The room will come fully furnished, although some adjustments can be made at your request once we have an agreement. You would be sharing with one other person (female, 27) only, as she currently rents out both of the other rooms. She also has a very friendly and well behaved male cat.

I ask that all tenants stay for a minimum of 6 months although I appreciate circumstances can change, there is no maximum term. All deposits are £200 and will always be returned pending the property being left in a good state, wear and tear is obviously expected so will not affect any deposit.

Any issues that due arise in the house I aim to solve in 24 hours and I’m always very responsive and honest unlike some of the agencies you might have dealt with before. This is my house, run by me and not one of many that these companies don’t particularly care about.
