Current Tennant Description:
I work as a steam engineer, monday to friday, in my spare time i do some aerial arts and kayaking, and every month or so i arrange a pizza and puzzles night at my place with a number of friends (housemates of course welcome to attend)
I'm queer, trans and disabled, and have lived in queer houses for a number of years and would love to keep it up.
I don't have any pets (the dog in the photos belong to the leaving housemate)

Prospective Tennant Description:
Preferably not a student though students will be considered, essentially someone who can look after themself and their residence.
Preferably queer, and trans people will be prioritised
Age is not really an issue, i've lived with great young people as well as lovely older people.

upstairs on the first floor, are the available bedroom and the shared bathroom, the bedroom has a massive built in wardrobe, a large double bed and plenty of space, as well as a large window to view the garden and trees.
the bathroom has normal bathroom stuff, a toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and bath with shower.
