Hi, a double room is available from 22nd Feb 2026, in a quiet, friendly 3 person house in LS4, Burley with two other roommates.
The location is ideal: just a 4-minute walk to Burley train station, 8 minutes to multiple bus stops, and close to local supermarkets.
Rent: £270 per month, paid by the 15th of each month directly to Landlord.
Bills: Approx. £98 (includes Council Tax, gas, electricity and WiFi), to be sent to and managed by roommate.
Move-in details: A £100 holding deposit is required prior to move-in, with the remaining rent balance due upon move-in.
We have a resident cat, so we unfortunately cannot accept dogs and hope you like living with cats.
Preferrable: Professionals, non-smokers.
