Hi everyone,

We are looking for someone to join us in our cosy and affordable central Burley home. We are just a stone's throw away from Burley Park station, so it is excellently placed for transport links to Leeds City Centre and Harrogate.

The rent is £365 per month with an additional £79 per month in bills (bills due to change in June) and £365 deposit.

It is a spacious and airy room, with excellent high ceilings in a comfortable and friendly shared house. Our housemate Andy is unfortunately leaving us to pursue a graduate position in London, so we are seeking another professional/ post- grad to take his place.

You will be sharing with myself, Stella, a 24-year-old Art Centre Receptionist who loves a chat and exploring all things cultural in Leeds. Cesar, a 34- year- old Engineer and Petra a 24-year-old who loves the gym and is doing her PE Teacher Training.

We are a clean, chilled and respectful household of working professionals who are always around for a chat, but we are definitely not a party house. If you think that you would be a good fit, please give me a message and we can arrange a viewing.
