Bright Room in Queer Vegetarian House Share

Hi everyone! My name is A (they/them). We have one room available in our house for a full tenancy. Starting June 9th ongoing.

The room is a double room on the first floor of a 3-bedroom property located on the border of Burley and Kirkstall. It has a large window with a sunrise view, and is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a mirror, a desk, and a lockable door. The bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet and is shared with one other housemate.

Your housemate is Chlo (they/them) in their 30s and works as a teacher and they are also going to school for counselling. They love cooking, play football and spending time with friends, having good conversations and going to protests.

There is an additional housemate that will be leaving during the summer.

Good location—close (approximately 30 minutes walking) to both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, 10-15 minutes walk from a big Aldi, ASDA, and Morrisons, and also near the canal and some great gyms!

- Affordable bills (£70-90 per month depending on the time of year and recent increases). If a non-student, the Council tax band is B, with payment of this shared with other housemates.
