Hi hello, we are looking to stay in our current 5-bed, 2.5 bath house in Burley (near Headingley Stadium) and need to fill two rooms as our current housemates are moving away. Rent is £529.95pm (bills incl) + about £40pp in council tax (band D). House comes furnished with shared living room, kitchen and bathrooms, front and back garden spaces, and on and off street parking.
Current tenants are both 26-year-old professional males, with a 27-year-old professional female moving in at the start of July.
