Looking for a new tenant to take my room in a 2-bedroom house share with my lovely housemate, as I'm moving to Manchester for a new job 🫶🏻

BILLS NOT INCLUDED: Bills are usually around £200 in addition to rent 🧾

AVAILABILITY: Official tenancy start date would be 1st July, but if you're able to take over the room at the end of May/start of June then the first month of rent would be at the current rate of £564.50. I would likely also cover bills for June 😊

🏡 This is a second-floor room with lots of storage space, plus additional small room to the side (can fit a double air bed for visitors!). Room comes fully furnished with double bed, full wardrobe, big chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, chair, glass table and loads of shelves. (Standing mirror and TV monitor are my own)
