As my current housemate is moving back home in June, I'm looking for someone to take his place from the 1st July.
Provided things are kept relatively clean & tidy I'm pretty easy on whoever takes the room :)
The house is a gorgeous mid-terraced house in Hyde Park, which provides the following:
- matt black modern kitchen,
- large living & dining room with velvet sofa, dining table for 4 and a feature fireplace
- 350mb business Virgin media wifi/fibre optic broadband included with rent (but no other bills)
- 2 big double bedrooms, each occupying their own floor which are fully furnished
- large shared bathroom/shower room
- free on street parking.
We rent from award-winning private landlords who provide us with excellent service.
Viewings will have to be on an evening or weekends as I work full time
