Large Ensuite Kingsize Room - Friendly Home Burley

Hi,

I'm looking for a housemate for a lovely large kingsize ensuite room in a delightful 3 bed house in Leeds.

The room has private access, en suite bathroom and separate toilet; it is a very large room with a kingsize bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

The whole house is double glazed with central heating and unlimited broadbrand. There is a shared kitchen (with lots of storage) and living/dining room. There is shops within a 2 minute walk and a regular bus into town (along Burley Road) is 1-2 minute walk. It's only a 5 minute walk to Burley Park Station, which is on the Harrogate/York line with trains only taking 4 minutes into Leeds.

Outside there is a small garden which enjoys afternoon sunshine, ample on street parking with open outlook over mature trees. The street is very neighbourly with a community feel and the allotments at the end of the road.

I'm studying my Masters at Leeds University and thus would be ideally looking for a postgraduate/mature student who enjoys tasty food and wine with company in the evening. However, welcome professionals too. My lovely little cat Jak is also living in the house, she's very friendly and no trouble at all.
