My lovely housemate has sadly had to leave so I’m I'm looking for a new housemate to share my home. It’s a big kingsize ensuite room in a delightful house in Leeds with views over trees.

The newly renovated room has:

ALL bills included in rent:
- Electricity
- Gas

- Unlimited internet

The house has:
- brand new kitchen with new hob, oven and fridge freezer and a washing machine
- unlimited WiFi
- double glazed
- central heating
- shared living room with homely feel
- on street free parking
- only sharing with me, the house has 3 bedrooms but I use 2, one as bedroom and 1 as office as I work from home

Location is great with shops within a 2 minute walk and a regular bus into town (along Burley Road). It's only a 5 minute walk to Burley Park Station, which is on the Harrogate/York line with trains only taking 4 minutes into Leeds.

Outside there is a small garden which enjoys afternoon sunshine, ample on street parking with open outlook over mature trees. The street is very neighbourly with a community feel and the allotments at the end of the road.

I work from home and have a desk in attic so out of way.

I'm looking for someone who will enjoy this house as a home. Someone to have chats and maybe watch a film or share a meal with occasionally but also to respect each others space.
