Situated in a good location close to both universities and the city centre. There is a bus stop right outside and is on the main bus route into the city (or a 20 minute walk to city centre). Parking permits are also freely available from the council for parking on the main road, as well as one off-street parking space round the back.

The house is fully double glazed, and the central heating keeps the house really warm during the winter. There is a large living room, decent sized kitchen, bathroom, an additional shower room and also a WC. There is also an unused room that can be used for additional storage space/washing room.

Rent is £425 a month (plus £150 deposit). Rent includes all bills, and cleaner who comes fortnightly

Room is available now. 6 month minimum contract length, longer preferred but I am flexible

Current housemates are all young professionals, or in Leeds for placement years. Looking for a clean, similar individual. No smoking inside the house.

This is the only house I rent out, and is well looked after

I am not currently in Leeds to do viewings personally, but one of the current tenants should be able to show you round on most weekday evenings.
