Double room available , situated on the first floor . The house is in Burley with excellent transport links (rail or bus) into the city centre.

The current tenants are 2 girls and 3 guys one of the guys , Andy is moving out at the end of Dec , the tenants are really sociable and are looking for a like minded person to move in to take Andy’s room.

There is a shower room on the lower ground floor and a second bathroom with shower and full bath on the second floor .

The rent OF £310 is inclusive of all bills and includes water bills, council tax, broadband , tv licence, gas and electric. There is no deposit , rent is paid on the 1st of each month. A reference from a previous landlord will be needed.

There is a non smoking policy within the house.

There is an open plan lounge /kitchen area .
The house is registered with Leeds council and has a licence , meeting all safety standards
