Fully Furnished Double Bedroom

As I am going travelling to India for 2 months I would like to rent out my house in Burley in Wharfedale (near Ilkley and Otley) from 30th January / 1st of February to 30th March.
It is a warm, nicely & newly decorated, fully furnished 3 bed semi-detached house with open plan kitchen lounge, dinning room, nice bathroom with a good shower over bath & large garden with gated drive for off street parking.

Just a few mins walk to the train station with a regular (every 30mins) train to Leeds. And close to village parks, river, the beautiful moor & local coop shop.

Rental can be any length of time over these two months and will be for my fully furnished Double Bedroom & use of the whole house & garden (but not the other two bedrooms).

My son who is 20 will be keeping his bedroom & living in the house while I'm away (he is very tidy / clean, works and will be away a few weekends).
I will use the small bedroom for storage of all my things.

Double bedroom furniture includes - curtains, Double bed, open wardrobe, 2 bedside drawers, 1 dresser & 1 chest of drawers in bedroom.

Modern Smeg appliances, howdens modern kitchen with all utensils, pans, & crockery.

Lovely home & location that is close to beautiful moor, river, local coop shop and village centre.
