This property is in the Buttershaw area of Bradford, close to local shops and bus routes into the city centre (only 5 minutes into the city).

All rooms are double-sized and Guardians have the use of several bathrooms, kitchens and a large communal space. Parking is on-site.

- £100 registration fee is payable per person (this registers you with Ad Hoc and includes fire safety equipment)
- Must be an adult and working part or full time, with no 'live in dependants' or pets
