House with a gym for clean tidy professional.

So I have recently bought myself a beautiful 4 bed detached house on the new Strata estate in Castleford. I have a town style house and at present the middle floor is being used by my current house mate (lady in the pink room). The middle floor has a further double bedroom, an office and the main bathroom with shower and bath. I have the upstairs which has an en-suite and a large bedroom. Downstairs is a cozy living room with a 65” OLED tv and a smart Dolby atmos sound system. Full virgin package with sports, movies and BT in the house and I also have this in my room so no fighting over late night TV as I tend to watch it in bed.

After getting someone in who was in my shoes not so long ago..... Someone who might be saving for their own place, professional but wants somewhere nice to stay and live. Ideally don’t want just anyone either, I’ve made some great friends via house sharing and looking to do the same but this time in my own home and not sharing someone else’s.

I’m a bit OCD, it’s my first house I’ve bought, so it smells good and looks nice. Ideally someone who likes the same preferred.

Due to COVID I transformed the garage into a proper gym, so if you like training there is plenty of weights and bars to use.
