Professional Female (27) looking for room mate

I am a smoker but in the Garage which is separate to the house, so no smoking inside if u don’t smoke yourself.

I live in a 3 bed semi detached in Castleford, it has off-street parking for two cars (I have one car on the drive already) the house has a large front and back garden with plenty of furniture which you’re free to use.

The room is a large double room - it has a built in wardrobe but you would need a bed as I no longer have my spare bed unfortunately.

I’m looking for a relaxed housemate to live with, who is ideally familiar with living with an indoor cat to avoid any escapes 😂 but not essential!

I am a 27 year old teacher/professional singer so I’m out of the house quite a lot. I enjoy listening to music, reading & socialising with friends. Recently split with my partner so looking to find s roommate to share my space again ☺️

Minutes away from both M62 & A1 so great transport links including both train and bus, really quiet area with a large back garden.
