We have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house in Chapel Allerton. The room is now furnished witha chest of drawers, a clothes rack and mattress. The house has a very large kitchen and separate living room, along with good sized bathroom and big basement for storage.
Usual amenities available incl washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, wifi, sky sports, xbox etc.
Current house includes 2 professionals and 1 PhD. House is really close to Aldi, Lidl and Roundhay Park. Lovely walk into town also! Looking for someone who doesn't take things too seriously and can have a laugh.
Rent should come in around 320 each per month incl bills.
