Large 3 bedroom house in leafy Meanwood down a gorgeous friendly street.

Sharing with one other girl, Heli, who is a nurse. Me and Heli have become good friends, she’s new to the area and we often watch TV together with a glass of wine and we’ve been to gigs, had a bbq etc. But also Heli is very respectful of people having their own space (and it’s easy to in this big house!) and some evenings she will be at work. She’s 28 and looking to make a friend in a housemate.

We have a spare room with a bed inside for guests if you want family to visit etc.

Huge double room, large window, build in wardrobe, double bed and storage.

Lounge with 3 sofas and TV.
Dining room!! With sofa bed and dining table (although this room is very shabby so not used much)

In total with bills it comes to around £490 a month.

Number 7 and 52 buses 3 min walk away (I used to get bus to work - super easy!) and a Sainsburys 3 min walk away.

Meanwood, Headingley and Chapel Allerton all very close by.

I’m moving due to relocating to York, but am flexible with move in dates as moving in with my friend but ideally want someone to move 1st week or October.
