We have a double room available from the 11th October in a large recently renovated house in a nice area of Chapel Allerton. The house is 2/3 min walk to the centre of Chapel Allerton, Lidl, Co-op and Aldi.
The house is on a quiet street, has off road parking, a spacious garden and an open plan kitchen/living area. The room is fully furnished and you will share the main bathroom with two other housemates. We also have a spare room we use for guests and hanging washing!
A little about us - we are all young professionals, who enjoy spending time together but also value our own personal space.
We are looking for someone who is clean, sociable and happy to come to the local pub for a drink (or two).
