About the house:
This is a specious, luxury new build 3 storey home with a garden and private parking, just behind chapel allerton hospital.
All the furniture is modern and almost-new, and generous wardrobes and under bed storage! There are 4 houses and 4 flats in my building, and then further flats in the development which are all occupied by professionals and there is a further renovated mansion and bungalows on the site too.
You will have a generous room filled with natural light plus en-suite.

My situation:
My amazing housemate is moving out :( so I’m looking for someone to move in. I have lived in this house for 3.5 years and previously lived in the a flat in the mansion conversion next door! The landlord is a friend of mine so is good to us.

About me:
I am a professional working in leeds and hope to find someone who I can become good friends with also. I work 9-5 mon-fri (sometimes later hours) with the occasional work trip away. I am really outgoing and fun, love going to the gym/running, up for a good natter or chill in front of the TV. I’m pretty much past the party days but always up for a weekend drink! I’m very tidy, clean and considerate.

I am originally from the south and have lived in Leeds for 9 years. I don’t go home much as it’s so far, so if I’m not away for work I’m usually about.
The room is available from 13 July 2020 and is £500 per month plus bills
