This is a specious, luxury new build 3 storey home with a garden and private parking, just behind chapel allerton hospital.
All the furniture is modern and almost-new, and generous wardrobes and under bed storage! There are 4 houses and 4 flats in my building, and then further flats in the development which are all occupied by professionals (who are all lovely) and there is a further renovated mansion and bungalows on the site too.
You will have a generous room filled with natural light plus en-suite. The mirror & TV in the photos won't be included in the room unfortunately, but feel free to bring your own if you have them!
There is an open plan kitchen/living room with a dishwasher & washing machine. It has French windows, leading out into the garden. Great in summer time for bbqs and when the sun is shining!
About me:
I am a project manager at a food retailer in Leeds and hope to find someone who I can become good friends with. I work 9-5 mon-fri (sometimes later hours). I am really outgoing and fun, I play netball regularly and love going to the gym! I am looking forward to many trips out for drinks and food in post lockdown life! I’m also tidy, clean and considerate.
I am originally from Newcastle and have lived in Leeds since November 2020. I go home now and again so some weekends, you’ll have the house to yourself.
The room is available from now onwards and is £600 per month including all bills!
