Double Room in Chapel Allerton

Hello!

I will be moving out of my room next month so I'm looking for someone to fill it. I'm sad to be leaving this lovely flat but I'm leaving Leeds due to work. You would be taking over my tenancy until 23rd October but then you will be able to sign on to a new contract after that.

About the Flat

This is a great flat in the heart of Chapel Allerton. It's a 2 bed, 2 bath flat so you will have your own en-suite. The flat also comes with a free parking space which is up for grabs. Bills are not included. The landlord is also great here and super easy going so he's quick to act if there's any issues.

About the area

The flat is in a great part of Chapel Allerton. We're walking distance to loads of nice bars and cafes. We're also about a 2 minute walk from Aldi! The flat also backs on to a tennis club in case that's of any interest to you.

About Mark

As I will be moving out, you will be living with my housemate Mark. He's great and we'll often go for drinks or dinner so ideally you'd be someone who wants to socialise as well. Mark's wife lives in London so he spends his time between there and here. This means you'll likely have the flat to yourself a lot (especially weekends) which kind of gives you the best of both worlds.
