I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my brand new 4-bed room semi-detached house in Meanwood, available from 5 March 2024. The room is fully furnished and all of the bills are included.

It has a big kitchen cum dining room, a living room, and a back garden for summer drinks/bbq's. A common bathroom to share with another tenant. It is a nice quiet street, and there is plenty of space to park out the front.

It's a newly built area, so it is yet to be updated on Google. You might find it hard to locate it with the postcode on Google, however, you can locate the place through Lime Row, Chappel Allerton, Leeds.

It takes about 10 min by car, 20 min by bus and 35-40 min by walk to the city center. This area has good connectivity with the city center, Headingley, and Roundhay Road. You can get Bus no.7, 38 and 39 for the city center, 91 for Headingley, and Roundhay Road. The bus stop is just 3 minutes away from the house.

Local amenities are 5-7 mins away by walk (Waitrose - 7 min, ALDI - 6 min, Sainsbury Local and Morisson Local - 3 mins).

I work at the University of Leeds most of the week and play a lot of sports (mainly cricket and Golf). I live with my family (wife and 2 kids).
