Looking for flatmate to move in :)

Hey, my current flatmate is moving abroad so I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my 2 bed flat in Chapel Allerton.

It’s a lovely top- floor flat that’s super spacious with tons of natural light. You’ll have fully furnished double room with the comfiest bed and your own bathroom! This is the biggest bathroom in the flat with a bath 🛀

Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The sofas in the living room also turn into a bed - perfect if you have friends or family staying !

It’s a quiet area, only a 5 min walk to Lidl & 10 min walk into the centre of Chapel Allerton. It’s also a 10 min bus journey into city centre - the bus stop is right outside the flat with multiple busses running every 10 mins so perfect if you need to commute for work.

There’s also an off road car park space at the back if you need.

About me:
I’m 22 and work in Marketing for a Design Agency in city centre - it’s 9-5 so would like someone on a similar schedule. I’m super clean & tidy (looking for someone that is as well). I’m pretty active, I love going for runs, yoga, wholesome walks/coffee etc.

Not that big on going out anymore 👵🏼 but always up for going for a pint or some chill drinks and the occasional boogie. I love cooking, having cute dinner parties or having a glass of wine and watching TV in the evening.
