Double room in lovely communal house

We have had looads of interest in the room, thank you everyone who has messaged and sorry if you've not had a response. We're not meeting any new people for now but if we don't find the right person from the people we are currently meeting we will get back to you.

Available from the 8th of May. We can't really afford to cover rent in between tenants so need someone who can move in as close to this date as possible.

You'd be living in LS7 with three lovely silly humans aged 25-29 and a friendly black labrador called Luna. We live communally, buying food together and sharing meals most evenings. While we spend time together, we also respect each others' need for space.
We love a good movie night or spending the day chilling in the garden doing crafts, listening to music, playing, etc. We're also partial to a good rave or pub night out every now and then!

We have regular house meetings to check in with house needs, and try to arrange regular 'get shit done days' where we tackle any house/garden jobs that need attention. We like to live in a relatively tidy, clean environment. The jobs in the house are divided up equally.

The house is a big, newly renovated, 4 bedroom terrace with a huuuge established back garden. (Those with a green thumb are particularly encouraged to apply).

The room is on the ground floor with a lovely view into the garden. Its a good sized double with wooden floors, lots of shelving and furnished with a desk, double bed and bedside table.

Rent is £435/month plus bills and food. We share most food, doing regular food shops and we also get a weekly veg box from Meanwood urban farm packed with yummy seasonal veg.

We have been told by the estate agents that we cannot have more than one pet living in the property. This means that sadly we can't accept anyone who comes with a furry friend. Sorry! :(
