My landlord has two houses available in the Methley’s of Chapel Allerton. One house is available immediately and the second will be available from July.
Only a 2 mins walk from Lidl or spoons and a 5 min walk to Aldi, coop and a mini Tesco. Chapel Allerton has lots of little shops and cafes which are very easy to get to. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes about 15mins to get into to town.
At present our landlord includes council tax in the rent price but all other bills are divided between housemates.
The property I am in has 4 bedrooms and a spare room for hanging drying. There is two small patios (just the right size for a mini BBQ) and one bathroom shared between housemates.
