Hi, we are two housemates, Andy and Ben. Looking for the right new person to replace a friend who has moved out of a three-bedroom property near the centre of Chapel Allerton in Leeds.
It's a house share, which we rent through an agency. We are looking for someone sociable, reliable and friendly, to take the vacant third room in the house.
INFO: The rent is currently £367 pcm. The bills are currently £140 pcm, including WiFi and Council Tax etc. We split everything equally so we all pay the same - since we want to keep everything fair.
About us: We both work full-time and are out of the house most of the day. The front room is ideal for anyone who needs to occasionally work from home - I did that for a couple of years; the room is great for that.
About you: you'll need to give the agency the usual info such as right-to-rent and ability to pay. From our side, we are looking for any interesting new person, honest, reliable, respectful.
