Hi there,
A large bedroom is available to rent in our gorgeous 3-bed Victorian house between Chapel Allerton and Meanwood, as sadly our housemate is moving away from Leeds. The room is available from 01/11/2014 and will be on a 6 month initial contract. The rent is £350 pcm, or £400 for a couple. This doesn't include any bills, which come to just under £100 a month (slightly less if you're a student, or if they're split with a couple). The house is absolutely beautiful, with more than enough space for 3-4 people to live comfortably, and a 50ft maintained garden with patio and BBQ.

The large bedroom is on the 1st floor with a view over the garden, and comes with several large fitted wardrobes, double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a fireplace. There are two toilets in the house and a bathroom with a shower and bath, which will be shared with only one other housemate, as the third bedroom has its own ensuite.

Your housemates will be a female PhD student, and a male acting teacher. We're clean and considerate and like spending time together as well as having our own space when needs be!

Most importantly: 2 lovely housemates and a very cute (if slightly overweight) cat called Peach!

This is one of the most beautiful houses we've ever had the privilege to live in and is definitely a home for us all rather than just a crash pad.

We mostly have quiet nights during the week but like having people round or cooking excellent breakfasts/walking/drinking/da ncing/going on random days out or whatever else takes our fancy at weekends. Our interests are mixed, but we have a happy friendly household and get on really well. We make sure to have excellent parties every now and then too, and invite lots of people round to enjoy music, food and real fire as the house is too good to keep to ourselves all of the time!
